1. Controller
AMOTEK Technologies BV, Kontich, Belgium, is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@amotek.ai.
2. What we collect
- Demo requests: your email address, together with the page you submitted from, referrer, browser user-agent and UTM parameters if present.
- Consent record: whether you ticked the GDPR consent box, the exact text shown, and the timestamp.
- Marketing analytics (optional): if you accept our cookie banner, the LinkedIn Insight Tag sets cookies to measure ad performance.
3. Purposes & legal basis
- Contact you about a demo — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Measure marketing campaigns via LinkedIn Insight Tag — legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner.
- Security & abuse prevention — legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe.
4. Retention
Demo lead data is kept for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction, unless a contract with you requires longer retention. Consent records are kept as long as the underlying data, as proof of lawful processing.
5. Processors & recipients
- Supabase (EU) — database hosting for demo leads.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN.
- LinkedIn Ireland — only if you accept marketing cookies.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Send a request to privacy@amotek.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
7. Cookies
We only set essential cookies by default. Marketing cookies (LinkedIn Insight Tag) load only after you accept them in the banner. You can clear the choice via your browser storage to see the banner again.
